Day 13, Saturday Nov. 21

 A week from today I will be 61- How did this happen?? I feel great though so really that’s just a huge blessing!

Thankful for all the years I’ve had and all the years to come. Thankful that I can move my body and exercise .

Today we walked the train track around Queen Wilhelmina . It was beautiful and we finished that up with burgers from Chicollo’s. So who is counting today or for that matter this week to come.

I’m taking a hiatus from the fix for the week of Thanksgiving. My nephew is coming and he loves to cook too, just like me and my sis. So for this week , we will just have wonderful culinary adventures.

There will still be good meals in between and lots of exercise.

Then back at it between Thanksgiving and Christmas, because, this is REAL LIFE. These are memories, these are times with family.

Tonight I’m stepping up my game and gettin in full body burn on MBF.

In case, I don’t post- HAVE A WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING!

DON’T LET THE GRANDKIDS SCAM YOU BY ASKING IF YOU CAN MICROWAVE A 25LB. TURKEY!  BE AWARE, MY GRAND DAUGHTER ALREADY TRIED IT, 😂😂😂

DAY 12, NOV 20TH

 AHHH, This day is starting off better

Today’s breakfast was a shake of Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, one small container, 1 banana frozen, spinach one serving frozen and water , ice, vanilla. Blended well in Nutribullet.  ðŸŸ£ðŸ”´ðŸŸ¢

I love to start the day with no 🟡 gone. I like them with lunch and dinner although I do think it’s better to eat them at the start of the day when you are more apt to work them off.

Lunch- left over tuna casserole  ðŸŸ¡ðŸ”´ and 1/2 🔵 and 1/2🟢

Dinner- BLT   🟡🔴🟢

Splugred on a little Haggen Daas Caramel Cone Ice Cream, worth it

Took 3-1/2 mile walk today


Day 11 Thursday NOV 19th

Breakfast - 2 slices of Delightful Bread with one egg, turkey bacon and cheese 🟡🔴 and 1/3🔵






Lunch was some soup with the broth drained off,  so beans and chicken with cheese and guac

I was at my sisters house. Plus about 4 chocolate chip cookies, 2 pieces of Dove Chocolate. UGH

Dinner was tuna casserole 🔴🟡🔵🟢


LET’S JUST SAY I ATE WAY TOO MANY 🔵🔵🔵 AND 🟡🟡🟡 TODAY AND COOKIES


WORKOUT WAS- STEP CARDIO FOR 1/2 HOUR AND UPPER BODY WEIGHTS

UGH, WHAT A DAY TRY HARDER TOMORROW

WEDNESDAY- MAKING PROGRESS

I know it’s not a weigh day but I felt bloated, so I got on the scale expecting to be discouraged and instead I was below the 150 mark!!!!  Officially 149 today, which gives me hope that my hard work is paying off!

Breakfast- Huevos Rancheros-  tortilla, salsa, egg, cheese

🟡 🔴 and 1/3 🔵 salsa too small to count, maybe 1 teaspoon

Lunch- chicken apple dog with honey mustard 🔴 baby carrots with ranch 🟢🟠

Dinner- Tostada with chicken lettuce tomato cheese salsa 🟡🔴🟢 and 2/3🔵 1tsp

Dessert-  berries with yogurt 🟣🔴

WORKOUTS:

HOPING FOR- CORE CIRCUIT (MBF)- AND UPPER BODY BURN (MBF)

TUESDAY- DAY 9- SHOPPING DAY

 This morning we left early for our shopping trip, my sis and I- Hobby Lobby here we come!


Breakfast- Egg on tortilla with salsa.  ðŸ”´, 1/2🟡, 1/3 🔵

Breakfast- Shake with yogurt, banana and spinach. 🟢🟣🔴

LUNCH: Split burger 🟡🔴🔵

Dinner : Teriyaki chicken , Rice, Green beans  ðŸ”´ðŸŸ¡ðŸŸ¢ and tsp

chips w cheese salsa 🟡🔵 and 1/2 🟢

Not too good on the eating- missed a protein and ate extra carb. Try harder tomorrow
